National Louis University's downtown campus is located on Michigan Avenue, directly across from Grant Park, the Art Institute and Chicago's famous lakefront. The Tampa Campus has a convenient location close to all of Tampa's most popular attractions.
On-Campus is a hybrid of face-to-face regularly scheduled classes with online activities, instruction, and assignments. This type of experience is low residency, which means your time on campus is limited to ensure your efficiency and convenience.
Required scheduled classes are conducted on a schedule, and it's ideal for students who like a structured course schedule and regular interaction with peers and faculty, but don’t want to commit to multiple days/nights per week on campus due to family, work, or other personal commitments.

National Louis University's online classes are designed to prepare you for success.
Online courses include both synchronous and asynchronous options. Asynchronous components can be completed at your convenience, with no set time for you to complete your work. This allows you the flexibility to create your own schedule to allow you to work and spend family time without disrupting your schedule to participate in classes at a set time. You'll still get to interact with your classmates and teachers virtually through our chat a message board tools.
Some online courses include live, synchronous lectures and classroom discussions, all from the location you're most comfortable learning in, whether it's your home or another convenient location. This means they will still meet at the regularly scheduled time remotely using technology, specifically Zoom.
