Starting Monday, June 28, advisors will be available in-person at the following campus:

  • Chicago Campus: Monday – Thursday from 8am-5pm
  • Wheeling Campus: Monday & Wednesday from 9am-5pm
  • Lisle Campus: Tuesday & Thursday from 9am-5pm

Advisors will be working remotely on Friday, please schedule an appointment ahead of time for a specific location and time.

The UGC Student Success Coaching team serves daytime undergraduate students. Currently our team is available Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 5pm remotely.

  • Beginning July 6, a Chicago-campus Coach will be available for in-person support on Mondays - Friday, from 9:30am-4:30pm.
  • Beginning July 6, Wheeling-campus Coach will be available for in-person support Mondays - Wednesdays, from 9:30am-4:30pm.

The University Counseling Center through Skylight Counseling is still taking appointments and will make teletherapy available via phone to limit contact and meet the virtual needs of students. The University Library’s services and resources are available online, including e-books, journals, videos, and research appointments with a librarian.  Print collections are available for loan and can be mailed or picked up at the Wheeling and Chicago campuses.
