Accreditation
Assessment and Accreditation manages institutional accreditation efforts with the Higher Learning Commission, state licensing and approval, and facilitates compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. These processes and approvals are managed by the Director and Executive Director to provide guidance on matters of academic quality and continuous improvement for the university.
Accreditation at NLU strives to combat a compliance mindset, promoting activity to improve institutional operations for impact and betterment. We include members throughout the NLU community in intentional reflection, learning opportunities, and leveraging institutional infrastructure to ensure and evidence quality, data-informed decision making embodying the mission of the institution and serving its stakeholders.
