The Accelerate U Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate is a mostly online program that will prepare you to work with children who have developmental behavior challenges. Working under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, RBTs work with clients in home, school and organizational settings to help build social, communication and problem solving skills. The 6 month program consists of 6 weeks of online training to teach you job-specific skills, a 12-week practicum at one of our employer partners to give you on-the-ground experience, and a 6-week undergraduate course to help refine your skills. After the program, you'll receive primary consideration for open positions with our employer partners.
