The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) prepares you for management roles across a range of industries and disciplines. What You Will Learn

NLU's MSOL degree program combines theory and practical application of leadership principles to initiate and implement positive change in organizations. Students gain the skills and competencies necessary to establish action plans and achieve goals. Leadership positions are at all levels within an organization and this program prepares students to grow and advance in their profession.

  • Skills and competencies needed to be effective leaders within private and public sector organizations
  • Strategy development and achievement of strategic goals in all types of leadership and business settings
  • Foundational knowledge and deeper understanding of business practices to inspire organizational change

Meeting online over approximately 18 months, the program is tailored to meet the needs of busy adults juggling personal and professional commitments. Fellowship with classmate-colleagues is also promoted.
