Admissions Pending Master of Arts in Teaching and Subsequent Teacher Endorsement Student Enrollment Acknowledgement Form
I have been informed that I am enrolling in National Louis University under the Admissions Pending policy as indicated below:
- Master of Arts in Teaching and Subsequent Teacher Endorsement students taking deficiency or endorsement courses who, for valid reasons cannot complete the application file before registration may be allowed to enroll as Admissions Pending Students. In all cases, the student must have on file a completed Application for Admission.
- Students may attend in the Admissions Pending Status for one term only.
- It is the applicant's responsibility to make certain that the admission requirements are completed well before the end of the first term of enrollment. The decision to deny admission cannot be appealed.
- Students pending admission to the M.A.T. and Subsequent Teacher Endorsement programs and taking degree requirement courses, deficiency or endorsement coursework may be eligible for student loans at undergraduate loan limits. Students must complete a FAFSA, have not reached their undergraduate aggregate loan limit, and must meet half-time enrollment status requirements to be aid eligible. If completing deficiency coursework, students only have one year to complete that work and be aid eligible.
My signature below indicates that I have been informed and accept this agreement.
As an Admissions Pending Student:
- I have been informed and agree to the terms of the Admissions Pending Student policy listed above.
- I have been informed that I am not admitted to the University and admission to the University is not guaranteed.
- I have been informed that I will not be allowed to enroll in future terms until I have met all of the admission requirements and have been admitted to the University.
- I have been informed that I am personally responsible for all financial obligations to the University.
- I confirm that I do not have a balance preventing release of my transcript from any college or university.
