Air University Associate to Baccalaureate Cooperative NLU Partnership Program (AU-ABC)
NLU’s Air University program is designed to advance the education for all categories of Air Force personnel; Active duty, Reserve, Air National Guard and veterans.
The Air University (AU) Associate to Baccalaureate Cooperative (ABC) program is a partnership between the Air Force and civilian higher education institutions to offer Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) graduates with opportunities to earn their bachelor's degree. The program is designed to advance the education of active duty or retired Air Force, Air Force Reserve, Space Force and/or Guardian, and Air National Guard members.
National Louis University is a military-friendly university with a long standing tradition of serving the US Air Force. NLU is proud to offer Air Force service members holding a CCAF associate's degree with the chance to earn a bachelor's degree through one of our programs.

NLU's AU-ABC Degree Program Offerings
For more than 135 years, NLU has provided access to high-quality education for students from a wide range of backgrounds, including active duty service members and military veterans. With small class sizes, access to online tutoring 24 hours a day, and accomplished, responsive faculty, you'll get the attention you need as you progress toward your bachelor's degree. Courses range in length from 6 weeks to 13 weeks depending on the program and can be searched in our course schedule
Currently, NLU offers the following bachelor's degree programs to students through the Air University Associate to Baccalaureate Cooperative.
- AU-ABC BA in Criminal Justice (CJ) Category III
- AU-ABC BS in Health Care Leadership (HCL) Category III
- AU-ABC BS in Management Category II
- AU-ABC BS in Management Category III
