Meet Dr. Sruthi Swaninathan - Women of Kendall College’s TASTE Talks Series

As we come to the end of Women’s History Month, we would like to introduce you to one more incredible woman that contributes to our Kendall College TASTE Talk series. We look forward to each and every episode, and these women never fail to create and share educational and entertaining content with us throughout this series. Today, meet Dr. Sruthi Swaninathan.

Sruthi is a neuroscientist, researcher, and home chef with a curiosity about people, behaviors, and food. She was a finalist in the Chicago Urbanspace Competition and was featured on WGN’s Lunch Break segment. She is an EatWith host who has invited 30+ people into her home to experience multi-course popup dinners, and has hosted 10 virtual TASTE Talks featuring Indian, Mexican, Italian, Asian, and fusion cuisines. Sruthi was previously a consumer insights expert at Unilever and a writer for Fete Lifestyle Magazine, and is currently a user experience researcher at Ipsos. She has spent the last year taking day trips to various Chicago neighborhoods with her family, and plans on visiting Vermont for the first time this fall.
