Nominate a Leader! New Aspiring Principal Scholarship at NLU

Do you have a staff member with drive, empathy, courage, vision and love to motivate others?

NLU’s New Aspiring Principal Scholarship is now accepting applications!

NLU is introducing a new scholarship to encourage educators with a passion for leadership to pursue the Principal Endorsement in an effort to address the principal pipeline deficit in Illinois. Candidates who are nominated by their Principal or Superintendent will receive a 20% automatic scholarship.

Dr. Marcus Campbell, the Superintendent of Evanston Township High School and ‘16 Ed.D. in Educational Leadership graduate, had this to say about the Principal Endorsement program: “I’m a very busy person and as a teacher I was busy. I was reluctant about going back to school because of the time commitment and National Louis made it doable for me. I was able to work full time as a teacher raising a family AND go to school to get a doctorate. And that’s quite remarkable and really what drew me and kept me in the program and allowed me to finish.”
