Biography:

Dr. Susan Neustrom is an author, speaker, educator, and Executive Director of a nonprofit organization providing adult day services. With over 25 years’ experience in leadership positions she served as Executive Director of JUST of DuPage, delivering educational programs to incarcerated men and women in the DuPage County jail, Director of Human Resources for a nonprofit agency working with adults with development disabilities in job training and independent living, and Assistant Vice President for a community bank.

Susan has taught at National Louis University since 2007 instructing in the BSM program, MBA, Human Resources Management, Applied Behavior Science, and the new Masters in Human Services, as well as teaching at several other universities.  She recently published her book addressing personal, professional, and organizational change, “The Comfort Zone Illusion-Leaving Your Comfort Zone is Not So Hard After All”.

  • Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in training and development  from Lewis University
  • Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University
