Let us help you complete your FAFSA, MAP Alternative Application, the Verification Process or answer any financial aid questions!

Student Finance is here to assist you virtually with all things student account and financial aid related including questions about your student account, completing or making changes to your financial aid application (FAFSA), completing or making changes to your State of Illinois MAP Alternative application, and completing the verification process.

WORKSHOPS
Drop into one of our financial aid workshops here. Select “Student Finance” from the Organization drop down tab and you will see a list of our current workshops.

APPOINTMENTS
Students should schedule an appointment within the Navigate app.

Prospective students or those who have not yet registered for their first term at NLU should email sfoappts@nl.edu to schedule an appointment OR attend one of our workshops (link above). Please include the following in your email:

1) first and last name
2) NLU student ID number if you have one (if admitted you should have one)
3) telephone number
4) whether you will be an undergraduate or a graduate
5) name of your program
6) whether you are transferring to NLU from another college
