Who do students contact if they have textbook questions or concerns?
Students should directly contact Monica De Asa- mdeasa@nl.edu for any of the following questions:
- Finding required textbooks
- Missing shipped textbook
- Ordering on eCampus
- Accessing your eCampus digital books/bookshelf
- Following up on an eCampus order
- Returning your books
- Troubleshoot with access to platforms
Students should include following when submitting an email request:
- Full name
- NLU ID number
- Course (ex: GEN 103)
- Explanation of textbook concern
