Biography: Bonnie Flynn is an Associate Professor at National Louis University (NLU). She teaches courses in health care and general management at the undergraduate and graduate level. Dr. Flynn holds a Doctorate in Adult and Continuing Education from NLU, a Master in Public Health from Benedictine University, and master degrees in both Adult Education and Written Communication from NLU.  Dr. Flynn’s research primarily focuses on transformative and accelerated learning. Dr. Flynn has designed and taught courses in blended and online formats and is a certified Quality Matters^TM peer reviewer. In service to the profession, she is an active member of the American Association of Adult and Continuing Education (AAACE) and past secretary of the Adult Higher Education Alliance (AHEA). Prior to Dr. Flynn's teaching career, she worked at the Joint Commission, a health care accreditor, for 15 years where she held a variety of positions.
