Biography:
I have been at NLU for the past 25 years teaching in the Respiratory Care program, Health Care Leadership program, Masters of Health Administration program and now Social and Behavioral Sciences Programs. I am the former Associate Dean and former Interim Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences at National Louis University. I am the current program chair of the Undergraduate Program in Social Sciences and Past Chair of the Faculty Senate. I currently teach in the Applied Behavioral Sciences program, Public Policy & Administration program, Social Science undergraduate courses, Masters in Health Administration and Health Care Leadership.
My major research interests are in health policy, research methodology and organizational theory. I have published in the area of Collective Bargaining and Physicians, Physician Strikes, Health Reform and Privatization of Public Education. I have over 30 years of managerial and educational experience in health care and higher education.
