Admissions Pending Student Enrollment Acknowledgement for UGC Students
I have been informed that I am enrolling in National Louis University under the Admissions Pending policy listed below:
- Students who, for valid reasons, cannot complete the application file before registration may be allowed to enroll as Admissions Pending Students. In all cases, the student must have on file a completed Application for Admission and be in Early Admit status.
- Students may attend in the Admissions Pending Status for one term only. The decision to deny admission cannot be appealed.
- It is the applicant’s responsibility to make certain that the admission requirements (ex; final High School transcript with graduation date posted, FAFSA application, and any outstanding documentation) are completed well before the end of the first term of enrollment. The decision to deny admission cannot be appealed.
- While enrolled in the Admissions Pending status, students are not eligible for financial aid assistance.
My signature below indicates that I have been informed and accept this agreement.
As an Admissions Pending Student:
- I have been informed and agree to the terms of the Admissions Pending Student policy listed above.
- I have been informed that I am not admitted to the University and admission to the University is not guaranteed.
- I have been informed that I will not be allowed to enroll in future terms until I have met all of the admission requirements and have been admitted to the University. Additionally, I understand that I will be administratively dropped after Week 5 of the term if I do not complete the requirements.
- I have been informed that I am personally responsible for all financial obligations to the University.
