Biography:
Nancy Harding has been an adjunct instructor at National Louis University (NLU) since the mid 1990’s. She teaches primarily in the BSM program at the undergraduate and graduate level. Ms. Harding’s professional background is in Project & Quality Management, Organizational Behavior, Procurement & Supply Chain Management. Much of her career has been focused on Supplier Development and Project Management in the U.S., Asia, Mexico and South America. She considers herself a lifetime learner and her extensive professional travels have expanded her cultural knowledge and learning experiences.

- M.B.A., Illinois Benedictine University (Major in Management and Organizational Behavior)
- Quality Manager Certification, DePaul University
- Quality Auditor Certification, ASQC
- Certified Purchasing Manager, NAPM (Received lifetime certification status having achieved over 20 years experience in project management, leadership, quality, operations and general management.)
Research and Interests:
Research: Prepared and presented White Paper Reports on the feasibility of South America and Mexico as a viable toy manufacturing alternative to China.
Interests: Online and blended learning, motivation and barriers to learning for the adult student
