Biography: Dr. Gaulke is the Founder of the Wisconsin Association of Free & Charitable Clinics, Inc (www.WAFCClinics.org). Her previous careers include: Area Chair College of Science & Nursing – University of Phoenix, Madison, Wisconsin; Payment Resolution Manager, Financial Analyst and Accountant for HCA Patient Account Services in Orange Park, Florida; and Medical Office Property Manager for Cogdell Spencer Erdman, Inc in Charleston, SC. She serves on the Delavan Lake Improvement Association (DLIA) and United Way of Walworth County board of directors.

  • Masters in Health Administration - University of Florida
  • Bachelors in Business - St. Leo University
