Hannah Graham, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor
Middle Grades Education
National College of Education
Introduction:
My work focuses on disrupting hierarchizing practices in schools and creating radically youth-centered classrooms. My research examines how curricula and discursive practices reflect educational epistemologies, how such practices inform students’ perceptions of themselves and others, and how teachers might spur or quash students’ interest in - and reimagined social possibilities for – disciplinary tools.
Role:
I serve as Assistant Professor in Teacher Preparation as well as the Middle Grades Education Program Chair.
