Biography:
Mona Pearl is a global business development and implementation leader, helping plan, shape and carry-out strategies to launch products, services and private/public initiatives across borders. She has been working with companies in various stages around the world, as well as governments, Fortune 1000, middle-market, and emerging markets companies that wish to fully tap into their global potential, but are not there yet. Her experience benefits companies that are in need of a panoramic perspective and creative tactics that help identify, qualify and align the right opportunities with the proper markets.
She started and successfully operated three businesses of her own, and has worked with over 20 start-up initiatives internationally. She led projects in Europe, North America, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. In her role as a project leader, she helps companies build and scale businesses worldwide. She excels in driving participation across multi-stakeholder environments for corporate, private-public partnerships, M&A and technology investments toward achieving growth and competitive advantage across-borders.
As a subject matter expert, she is a respected international advisor to many of the world's leading companies and governments on global strategy, transformation and innovation.
Mona holds a Master’s degree in International Business from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Communications from Northeastern Illinois University. She has lived on three continents and speaks five languages. She also teaches global marketing and management in universities around the world (North America, Europe, Asia), and is a requested speaker in conferences worldwide.
